Moh per extension and outbound route

Hi

I’ve got 2.3.0.3 freshly installed but I can’t get the moh per extension or moh per outbound route to work. Must I change anything in the General Settings, I’ve left it default ie. “tr” and the moh is set to default in the extension and outbound route setup. At present it just rings.
