Hi,
I was unaware that we even used MOH until yesterday. One of my users called the main number, and was put on hold while the answerer announced the calling party to the intended recipient. While the user was on hold, she heard “music that sounded like a radio was between stations”. Not clear and static-cy.
I’ve got a few categories under MOH. acc_1, default and vm-KJH. The default category appears to be set for random play and I have 8 files listed under it. 5 mp3 and 3 wav. Acc_1 and vm-KJH are empty.
I have looked all over the system and have found a few areas that have MOH settings, but I can’t seem to get my arms around it.
The extensions involved have “none” for MOH setting. Same with “inbound routes”.
Some of my extensions (not ones involved in the incident) have “default” in the MOH.
We don’t have any queues.
What else am I missing.
