Is there any logs for MoH duration time on FreePBX?
“Call Event logging” is very good but MoH is missed. We can add MoH event to this ?
(other external solutions are acceptable too )
Q-Xact module provide this report? I mean Hold time for each agent???
Any one from Sangoma couldn’t answer?
