Module Update Issue

I have recently purchased the “Call Recording Report” module but am unable to update my modules to make this active.

In Module Admin I still see this module in the listing with the buy option and when I run “Check Online” it gives an error cannot connect to mirror1 or mirror2 repositories.

Is this an issue on my end? Any help is appreciated.

Did you go to System Admin and refresh the activation? Make sure it says the module. Then go to Module admin and refresh.

If that doesnt work, use putty and do fwconsole ma listonline then do fwconsole ma upgradeall

When I refresh activation it failed and gave this message: Resolving timed out after 30543 milliseconds. Is there a configuration that would not allow me to contact the server?

since both are failing (different servers) I would blame DNS. Try ping google.com
