Module: queue, music on hold while transfering call

dear freepbx community,

how i can enable “music on hold” in the meantime when a agent picks up the call, and if he do transfering a call here i want to hear a music. where i have to configure that?

Can anybody helps me? I only want to hear a music on hold if a agent Transfer the call (or in the mean time when the agent speak with destination or only does a Transfer) what first goes through the queues plugin.

Currently we only hear the normal ring tone without a music on hold.
