For any module listed within Module Administration, what is technical difference between “Uninstall” and “Remove” ?

I think uninstall just uninstalls the app but leaves the module on the system whereas remove uninstalls and deletes the module from the system.

What is the difference between Disable, Uninstall and Remove ?
The same as above, Disable does just that, it leaves the module installed but disables it. Uninstall will remove the module from the installed modules, but it will stay on your hard drive. Remove will completely remove the module from your system, requiring another download, if you need to re-install.
