Modifying outbound CID on PRI by rule

Hi all

i have a requirement i don’t quite know how to tackle…

My setup is this

                    Emergency Phones
                       |
                       |

Most Phones -> LYNC -> Asterisk->PSTN (PRI)

(emergency phones connect to asterisk directly)

Lync phonenumbers (most extensions) are of the form +4989XXXXXXXXX
but my pri line expects (or seems to expect) 089xxxxxxxxxxx

question now is: is there a way to modify the outgoing cid to replace the +49 by a 0?
