Some might find this interesting… I’m at a music festival where these are the temporary cell towers used to service customers here at the festival.
AT&T had something very similar when I was at the Long Beach Grand Prix a few weeks ago - likely infrastructure to handle high density. Or marketing 
I was thinking that’s how they activated all of our 5G chips from getting the job…
