I purchased 20 licenses for Sangoma Connect and am trying to setup the sangoma phone desktop client. It kind of works, but i am not able to get the queues to show up. I want the agents to be able to select the queues they are logged into from the dektop app.
Unfortunately i cannot see the entry for the queue settings under User Managment → Users → [selected user] → Sangoma Talk → Sangoma Phone Desktop Client
we have a similar issue, at one point, we couldn’t get any queue’s to show up, then they appeared, and now they are gone again, but on the desktop app, the queues that we originally setup for some testing, are visible and working…
my screen shows no queues. I believe sangoma was moving this to a separate license or feature, not sure if that is what we are experiencing… the lack of license…
I still didn’t figure out how to show the queues settings in the admin UI but now they show up in the Sangoma Desktop client.
Problem is:
If you create a queue and create the users afterwards, the queues won’t show up for those users in the desktop client.
You have to open the queue settings in the Admin UI, submit the queue again (save), and apply the changes. Do this for every queue after you create new users.
Same problem here.
Also tried to setup Call Activity but the option under User Management → Edit User → Sangoma Talk → Sangoma Phone Desktop Client is missing. Just another bug I guess
