I found this post on the Yealink forums addressing my issue, but these lines aren’t present in the basefile, and while I know I can just add them I am worried that maybe they go in a separate file because he’s got the filename as call_appearance.cfg.

For context I have a restaurant that forever used an ATA and would have problems so I finally moved them to a W70B base + W57P handset. I know that doesn’t match the model I’m using in EPM but allegedly that’s OK. How do you request new models for commercial Endpoint Manager in 2024? - #10 by BlazeStudios
(I did try a queue, apparently that caused more problems, it would be much simpler if the handset was able to ring while on a call)
