Hi, We are using the commercial Endpoint manager and have noticed there is no firmware listed for any handsets. Primarily we use Aastra handsets but have also tried activating a couple of others and nothing appears.
Any idea’s, is there anything that needs to be done to download or install available firmware versions?

You need to go into the firmware management tab in EPM and pick what firmware you want in 1 of the 2 slots then you can link that in the template.
Sorry maybe I wasn’t very clear. When you go into the firmware manager there is NO versions listed. There is nothing g to drag over to either slots.
I manage other systems with the same module and they work fine with version 1.00 to 1.10 listed. This system has nothing.
This means the PBX can not reach our servers to get that list as they are generated on the fly.
