The footer and other provided information are missing when sending a fax via UCP. We configured the fax footer in Settings → FAX Configuration and also in the user profile, but when a user sends an outbound fax, the received fax document is missing the configured footer. Do we miss something in the configuration?
printing an A4 fax on American letter stock would lose the bottom of the page, (not saying that that’s your problem though)
It was the first thing I checked, but the document has an A4 format, and the default setting in FAX Configuration is also set to A4.
