How to add the BLACKLIST MODULE to my FreePBX 16.0.40.7 ?

That’s part of the Firewall module which is only available in the official Sangoma OS distribution for now.

fwconsole ma downloadinstall blacklist

or

Module Updates → Check Online → find and download Blacklist.

@dobrosavljevic you might be thinking of something different. Blacklist is the module for blocking callers.

Oh jeez, you are 100% right. I read that as the fail2ban/Intrusion Detection portion of the firewall module.
