In the process of migrating from FreePBX15 to FreePBX17. Using a D65 phone with DPMA setup with EPM, when I receive a call that I don’t answer in time, that goes to Voice mail, even if they don’t leave a voice mail message, that call doesn’t show in my “Call Log” / “Missed Calls” using soft keys on my phone.
Unfortunately, our company has a culture of NOT leaving voice mails so those missed calls to us can be important. Is there any way to change a setting to get those missed calls to show in the “Call Log” on the phone?
