My client would like a list of missed and/or unanswered calls. Is this something that can be easily exported? Also: I have found the “Missed Call Notification” module, but when installing it, FreePBX won’t reload. This would be an even better option for my client.
Apparently next to “Queues” the “Follow Me” module is also required to run the “Missed Call Notification” module. While the first does throw an error, the second doesn’t.

I have set everything, but I’m not getting mails. Any way to debug this module?
Any thoughts on this because unfortunately it’s not working?
What’s the error you are getting when trying to install the module ?
I solved the error by installing the follow me module so instelling is not the issue, the issue is I’m not getting any mails.
Moved from Ring Groups to Queues to test and the module does send emails, but they all seem to be false positives. When I look at CDR the call is marked as answered.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
So 202 is getting missed call notices or the other agents are when the call is answered?
Don’t think so not looking at the other false positive I got:
To be clear: there is only 1 user which is for extension 200. For this user I have enabled voicemail and set the missed call notifications.
OK so if 202 answers a call, does 200 get a missed call notice?
