Not sure what to search for regarding my question.
so I apologize if this is covered in the forums.
my system was setup using the freepbx interface.
When a call is missed whether or not they leave
voicemail my sip phone a polycom 300 records the
phone number of the caller. There are up and down
arrows on the keypad to scroll through the list
of missed calls. After finding a number that I wish
to callback if I lift the handset the phone will
attempt to dial the displayed number.
The displayed numbers include area code plus the 7 digits
of the phone number but the dialing fails because 1 is
not prepended.
All outgoing calls require 1-NXX-NXX-XXXX and I am
using voip.ms for my sip provider.
I would appreciate any ideas on how to make this work.

Also I will be going to itexpo in las vegas at the end
of august and will be attending the asterisk and freepbx
training at that time so maybe I will figure it out after
I get some education!
