I have noticed the following errors in my log:

[2023-04-03 11:12:51] ERROR[8299] res_sorcery_config.c: Unable to load config file 'pjproject.conf'
[2023-04-03 11:12:51] ERROR[20650] res_pjsip_config_wizard.c: Unable to load config file 'pjsip_wizard.conf'
[2023-04-03 11:12:51] ERROR[8299] config_options.c: Unable to load config file 'resolver_unbound.conf'
[2023-04-03 11:12:51] ERROR[8299] config_options.c: Unable to load config file 'resolver_unbound.conf'
[2023-04-03 11:12:51] ERROR[8299] res_sorcery_config.c: Unable to load config file 'stir_shaken.conf'

Anything I should do about these?

No, you most likely should not unless you are using them as FreePBX doesn’t.

I have not clue as to what those config files are for.
