I’ve had a request for a queue change. I would like to know if this can be done.
Currently we have multiple dynamic queues (sales, customer services, etc). Typically the sales queue will have 3 people. We would like tell the queue that it should have a minimum of 3 extensions registered. If less than 2, to be able to specify another queue as the the failover queue. If 3 or more extensions are registered then it will not failover when everyone is on a call.
Can we control or specify a minimum queue behaviour?
