Migration from httpd to haproxy

I’m running v15 (I know I need to update!). I’m working with the softphone for a one-off solution for some users. The install process references fwconsole sa rebuildhaproxy. I get HAproxy is not enabled , Please enable haproxy first by the command fwconsole sa scdswitchovertohaproxy

All/most services are served through httpd right now. Am I correct in understanding that command will migrate things to haproxy? I’m a little nervous of running it as I can’t seem to find any docs on it if things go sideways. Help!

Hey

Only Sangoma Desktop client websocket traffic will go through via haproxy else everything will continue to use httpd.

Can I uninstall haproxy if I don’t use the Sangoma softphone?
