Migrate from issabel to freepbx

Hi all, I would like to migrate from issabel to freepbx, I have installed the freepbx distro 15 and looking in the forum I found a link to a wiki but it is reported that the service is no longer active, I tried to make a restore from freepbx with the issabel backup but inside it does not detect any database or any element inside the tar file, I tried to use both legacy and standard restore. Am I doing something wrong?

What version of FreePBX is issabel based on? Are you using the FreePBX backup/restore module in issabel to do the backup, or using some other method?

If I’m not mistaken issabel is not based on freepbx but on Elastix, I simply backed up from issabel interface and tried to import it to freepbx. Anyway this is the version report I have on issabel:

Elastix was based on FreePBX. It was a wrapper around it with a few minor enhancements.

FreePBX 2.11

ok sorry for my ignorance, so it’s the version 2.11

So if you have the FreePBX Backup and Restore module installed, (or if you are able to install it) then it should be as simple as creating a backup using that module and then restoring it on FreePBX 15.
