Mic/Audio not working from external/internal calls


I’m currently in the testing stage of our migrated on prem server to cloud but we have serious issue when the extensions (zoiper use for testing w/ external IP) receive calls, the audio and microphone are not working, however when I leave a voicemail, it has an audio

You can do *43 ECHO Test call from your Zoiper to Your Cloud FreePBX.

From this way you will test RTP Packages.


Check your Zoiper settings. specifically
try checking “use rport media” in ‘network related’ section of advanced, by default unticked and does cause audio problems

It was resolved. I forgot to detect our local network. Thank you guys
