MFA Free For All - License Limits

In the post below, Sangoma announces that MFA module will be free:

However we’re required to add a license for each user that MFA will be used on. Mwhite commented that they would look into this, but I’ve not seen any update, and no response to DMs. Could we get an update on this?

Additionally, can this license be made a 25 year or indefinitely active license?

Trying to narrow this down - what is the logistical issue with adding X number of MFA licenses ? Convenience factor ? Cart problem ? Tracking status across multiple deployments ?

Yes to all of the above. Why do I have to assign x licenses to a deployment if it’s free? It should just be an unlimited, non-commercial module. no other platform or phone system makes a user manually go to another portal to “purchase” MFA.

Hi @Eris Thanks for the feedback. This module will not be open source at this time. That said, I am working to make it apply to more users. I’ll post an update here when that’s ready.
