Memory hunt group "gap"

Scenario:
Using a memory hunt group, the first phone rings for X seconds then a second phone is added and so on…
There is a small time window, just before the second phone starts to ring, during which the first phone cannot answer (the call is gone for like 1 second). The problem repeats between each step of the memory hunt group.

Is there a way to prevent this ?
