Making all recordings accessible to one user

The manager of a call center would like to access the recordings of other extensions without having to log into every extension’s mailbox. Is there a way to have all recordings on the system saved to one extension’s mailbox?

Another option would be to play back the recordings from the CDR report page. However, play back of recordings from the CDR report page does not work: Quicktime loads, but throws a dialog stating additional components are required. I’m not sure which component that would be as the same recording plays back fine from the extension’s call monitor page.

Any idea why Quicktime will not play the recording through the CDR page? Is it a known issue?
