Is it possible to have a voicemail box without having an extension associated with it? I’m setting up an IVR, but only have 1 IP phone. The customer wants to have some options direct to this IVR, and then some lead to a queue, which then dumps the customer into a general mailbox. Is this possible with FreePBX? I’ve got the general mailbox part good, but its the mailboxes without extensions that I’m trying to figure out here… Any help or advice would be helpful.
