Mailbox PW reset back to default on it's own

Is there a command where I can see if/when a mailbox PW reset? I appear to be running into an issue (asterisks 1.8) where the PW for multiple mailboxes appears to be reverting back to the default (extension) PW. I’m trying to track down this issue…

I doubt that anyone on this board has any interest in supporting a system that’s more than five years beyond end-of-life. https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Versions

The current FreePBX Distro can do a pretty good job restoring from a backup of your existing system.
