Low volume since Sangoma Phone Desktop Client installation

One of our customers is complaining that the volume on his laptop is very low since we installed Sangoma Phone Desktop Client on it. And it’s low everywhere, including Teams, Zoom, Youtube, etc.

I’ve disabled the Windows option that lowers all volumes 80% when a “telephone call” is detected but it changed nothing.

All the volumes are at 100% everywhere.

I honestly don’t see any relation between the volume problem and Sangoma Phone Desktop Client, but the customer insists that it started right after the installation.

Has anyone heard of a similar issue ?
