I am currently experiencing an issue with “Lost connection with FreePBX” on a Sangoma system.
Here is what has already been verified:

UDP configuration has been validated.

No firewall blocks detected on the network side.

Required ports are open.

Windows Firewall on the client computer has been checked and there are no blocks.

Network connectivity between endpoints is stable.

No packet loss detected.
Despite these validations, the system still shows intermittent or persistent “Lost connection with FreePBX”.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
Are there additional logs or specific modules I should review (Asterisk, SIP settings, etc.)?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
