I am looking for a new international SIP trunk to integrate with freePBX and would love recommendations for a good provider.
We’re located in The Netherlands and will make calls all over Europe & Australia.
We need on each SIP 200 Channels at least.
Providers that support TDM routes and failover option will be preferable.

This is a global community. It would help to know where you are in the world. Someone recommending providers that are in Country A won’t help someone in Country X.
Your question is meaningless without many details.
For starters, providers differ greatly in quality, reliability, features, support and of course price. With luck, you’ll get what you pay for.
For termination, be aware that most inexpensive routes don’t pass caller ID correctly. If your traffic is other than conversational, many providers have minimum ASR and ACD requirements, or have higher rates for call center traffic. Rates to EU mobiles can vary by origin; providers have different rules, in some cases, determined by the currency used.
On origination, confirm that your prospective provider offers numbers in the countries you need. Some countries require proof of address to get a geographic number. Failover options vary.
