I do not have prior experience, but I will recommend at the very least to try FreePBX. If you find that it works, you can look at a more complete support model with PBXact.
Anecdotally, it has been a very helpful appliance for us. Allowing us to Demo and implement branch applications very quickly. We run it in parallel with Avaya.
