Looking for bulk extension and bulk DID module files for freePBX 2.9.0.7

Hi,

I have a remote system that requires the bulk extension and bulk DiD modules to be loaded on it.

The system does not have internet access.

Does anyone have the actual files for these modules so i can do an offline upload?
