Looking for a Solution to Make FreePBX PCI Compliant and Manage Call Recording

Hi,

I’m looking for a way to make our FreePBX system PCI compliant, specifically to manage call recordings during payment card transactions. We currently use the built-in feature code to pause and unpause call recordings, but our agents sometimes forget to pause the recordings when sensitive data is being processed.

Are there any third-party software or modules you have used or recommend that can automatically ensure sensitive information is not recorded without relying on agents to remember to pause and unpause? Any suggestions or experiences with successful implementations would be greatly appreciated.
