Looking at Cradle to grave recording

I’m trying to get recording to be cradle to grave. In the inbound routes I’ve set for Answering the call, and I’ve set to call record force.

However in testing its not recording untill it gets answered. What do I change. Some form article I seen suggest a option called call trace in advanced settings but I don’t have that in v15.
