Log littered with notices, I think from a bug in the Digium phones module

[2020-12-30 07:18:30] NOTICE[6311] res_pjsip_exten_state.c: Endpoint '26' state subscription failed: Extension '01939543100' does not exist in context 'from-internal' or has no associated hint

My log is absolutely chock full of the above type notices. These are numbers the various D50s scattered about the office have on their sidecars but as you can see the subscribe option is not selected.

Am I right this is a bug or is there some other setting to deselect?
