Log_failed_request, no matching endpoint

Hi,
I am not sure why but i keep getting this message in asterisk. Does someone knows how do i fix it ?

Someone at IP 46.29.162.2 is attempting and failing to register to your PBX. If that’s your IP, then it’s a misconfigured device. If’s its not your IP, the pjsip signalling port is open to malicious traffic looking for an exploit.
