Location of typical voicemail audio files

Hello. When using voicemail, the PBX says at the end of the recording: Thank you, goodbye. I want to replace this audio with my own or remove it altogether. But I didn’t find it anywhere in the freepbx interface. We are not talking about files that can be downloaded via UCP (unavailable, busy etc), but specifically about the message “thank you goodbye”. I can’t find a way to change it anywhere. I’m asking for help.

The situation is as follows: there is a voice menu. in which they say: press 1 to order a callback. After pressing 1, you should say another message and the call should end. When you click on 1, the call goes to voicemail, where it is recorded in the history and gets into the UCP panel. where you can listen to it. So the voice recording before the end of the call “thank you, goodbye” gets in the way. It needs to be replaced with another one, or completely removed.

Are you referring to an IVR here?

If yes then where does your option 1 route to on the IVR?
