Remote and local pbx connected via IAX2 trunk
Both have 2XX numbering
When remote 203 extension calls me , I see the LOCAL extension 203 name.
Intra-Company route has been enabled/disabled without success.
Any workaround ?

Don’t have the same number ranges on both systems. It is going to cause conflicts like this. It looks to see if the user based on callerid is a local user on the system. If it is found, that is the information pulled and used.
Because the callerid is 203 from the remote when it checks and finds 203 locally that is what is assumed.
Can’t you define an outbound-callerID in your IAX-trunk settings? Of course, you would only see the main external number (if set as outbound-callerID) of the other location.
You could also prepend a digit (e.g. 1) to the extension number in your outbound route (for the IAX trunk) using the dial patterns.
EDIT: But how are you able to dial out, when you dial an extension number, which exists in your local phone system?
It’s complicated, but I would dial e.g. 12xx numbers and adapt the outbound route dial pattern settings (prepend x, prefix y, etc) for the iax trunk.
That’s not a “wanted” situation, I have few customer using freepbx with same extensions numbering.
I have few iax trunks through which they call me for other maintenance purpose.
Calls are placed via prefix in dedicated outbound routes.
The annoying issue is to receive a call that apparently comes from inside your pbx…
