Can anyone tell me how to set this up? I’m pretty sure I had this configuration years ago and want to go back to it, sound on my rack server isn’t reliable and being able to hear CDR recordings on my set would be much better.
Just to be clear: I want to run a CDR report then pick a particular call and listen to it on extension 10.
