I’ve kept by PIAF with FreePBX updated as best I could. I have only one problem. That is, the display of the extensions. If you look at the linked images you’ll see that if I go to Main Menu > Flash Operator Panel, I get a good representation of what extentions are connected.
If I go from Main Menu > Admin > FreePBX Administration > Panel, I get only the most recently added extensions listed. Extensions added earlier are no longer listed.
What can I do to allow the named extension to reappear on my list?
P.S. If the links don’t work, I’ll try to fix them.
I’ve had this problem for two months. I’ve waited to post the question for at least a month so I could try to figure it out. Now that I have posted the question, I apparently no longer have the problem. Now I’d like to know what was the problem and why it is no longer a problem so I can fix it in the future if it appears again.
Something in your extension name is not liked by FOP.
Take a look at /var/www/html/panel/op_buttons_additional.conf
The documentation is in the README file in the same directory.
Try editing the label tags directly (do not commit any changes to FreePBX while you are doing this or your changes will be overwritten).
Save the file then run amportal restart_fop
With a little trial and error you should be able to find the errant extension.
