Linksys SPA941

Hello out there. I need some assistance if anyone can help. I’m new to FreePBX and the community. I’ve setup FreePBX and all my softphones work fine incoming and out going. I have two issues:

  1. The Linksys SPA941 phone can receive incoming calls, but when I dial out on the IP Phone, it says “Your call cannot complete as dialed. Please check the number and try again.” I haven’t figured out what I am missing. Softphones can dial out.

  2. About after 17 minutes into a call on a Softphone, the call becomes very chopy on my end and it goes in and out in an even pattern. How do I resolve that issue.

How can we possibly assist you? You have provided no information about your system.

What version of FreePBX and Asterisk? How was it installed, distro or built by hand. Is it FreePBX or Elastic or heaven forbid trixbox? Is this a physical server or a virtual server. Did this just start happening? Has anything changed? What kind of trunks are you using? Sounds like SIP.

Log of a failed call from the Linksys would be useful.
