Hello out there. I need some assistance if anyone can help. I’m new to FreePBX and the community. I’ve setup FreePBX and all my softphones work fine incoming and out going. I have two issues:

The Linksys SPA941 phone can receive incoming calls, but when I dial out on the IP Phone, it says “Your call cannot complete as dialed. Please check the number and try again.” I haven’t figured out what I am missing. Softphones can dial out.

About after 17 minutes into a call on a Softphone, the call becomes very chopy on my end and it goes in and out in an even pattern. How do I resolve that issue.
