I am trying to label my line keys on a Polycom 550
Under the Template manager for Button 1 I selected Line key and added a name to the label line, I also added BLF functions and speed dial keys all which work except for changing the Line label. I have read the EPM guide which says to leave the value section blank which I have done I have also tried using a 1 as the picture in the polycom section shows. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
