Limit call incoming on ringgroup

Hi,

I use an inbound route to transfert incoming call to ringgroup. My ringgroup contain 4 extensions.
I must limit call incoming via this route to 2 and redirect other incoming call on a voicemail.
Do you know how to do it?

Try queues instead of ring groups. Setting Max Callers to 2 may do what you want.

Hi,

Thanks for your post, but “Max callers” limit the number of people in the waiting queue, isn’t what I want.
In fact, when 2 calls are taken by 2 of my 4 extensions I want other people join the queue direct transfert to voicemail.

You can use the Max Wait Time Mode to strict in queues with Max Callers option setup.
