License for this product is not valid: The license has expired

Hi guys,

I’m installing FreePBX Version:15.0.17.34 on an autonomous system disconnected from internet.
By security, the IPBX can only be connected to internet during the installation and 2 licences are installed on the IPBX :

  • FreePBX Default License available until “16-Jan-2030”
  • FreePBX CM Extension Routing 25 Year License

I’m facing an issue with this first Licence available until 16-Jan-2030,
By default, this license will automatically re-activate before this date,
Nevertheless the IPBX can’t do that without internet.

I tested to simulate the expiration of the licence by increasing the system date in 2031.
the conclusion was :

  • Before 16 January 2030 ==> All works
  • After 16 January 2030 ==> The licence has expired and the webpanel is no longer available.

I checked the HTTP log in the IPBX and I saw those licence error in “/var/log/httpd/error-log”

As I understood, the issue seems to be located on several php files, but i don’t know how i can increase this license date to be automonous during 25years like the other licence.
Do you have an idea to solve my issue ? Maybe it’s possible to manage the license without internet, thank you ! :hedgehog:

Licenses can’t be managed without internet access. I would expect all Free OSS modules to continue working after the System Admin registration expires tho, so assuming the xm2Array issue is caused by the registration expiry, that is a bug.

So, as I understood all the Free OSS modules should be working after the license expiration,
nevertheless it seems to have an impact in the webpanel ? do you have an idea to solve this bug?
