Lets Encrypt Errors

All modules are updated and on FreePBX 13.0.190.12

I have followed the outline on http://www.freepbxhosting.com/blog/freepbx-ssl-lets-encrypt/ I have also allowed the names given on the firewall list in the GUI to our firewall where our PBX is hosted. I get one of two errors. one is “There was an error updating the certificate: couldn’t connect to host” and the other is one stating it cannot resolve the host name to our public IP of the PBX.

Is there something I am missing?

The mirror server and Let’s Encrypt servers need to connect back to you. Looks like they are unable to do so. You can send your IP to one of us and we can check.

I have the same problem. Could be related to this notice.
