The latest EPM release (13.0.59) causes Grandstream phones to go into a perpetual reboot mode during provisioning. I have seen this on 2140 and 2160 models. Rolling back to earlier versions allowed for correct provisioning. Just a heads up.
Known issue caused by substantial changes in Grandstreams latest firmware, and the inability to downgrade to the old firmware once upgraded. I believe this is working now in 13.0.60. Any more issues, add them to the ticket:
