Last update errors and sysadmin not installed anymore

Hello,
I’ve applied updates today, but now, there is no way to reinstall Sysadmin.
When I do from the web console, Update to 15.0.21.99 and activate (from 15.0.21.90), it do only that:

Installing sysadmin
Updating tables sysadmin_options, sysadmin_update_log, sysadmin_fail2ban...Terminé

But never going further. When I go to the terminal to try something, I first have this new error(s):

-bash: warning: setlocale: LC_CTYPE: cannot change locale (UTF-8): No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory

+------------------------------------------------------------+
locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
+------------------------------------------------------------+

and if I try yum update:

Failed to set locale, defaulting to C
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, versionlock
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
No packages marked for update

and I’ve tried also yum install sysadmin

Failed to set locale, defaulting to C
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, versionlock
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
Package sysadmin-5.6-5.6.47.sng.noarch already installed and latest version
Nothing to do

So I’m not sure if this is the correct command to reinstall it because the versions looks different.
Thanks

I also can’t go to any other pages on the web now.
Asterisk 16.20.0

Yes, I saw that all instances do the same bug with locales. So I think it’s not important and will be fixed later (I don’t want to edit files for something created by updates).

But I still have no way to install sysadmin.

I encountered the same (or related) issue today. Running FreePBX 15.0.17.55. Upgraded modules and the status window flowed like usual until getting to sysadmin. Then it just hung after "Sangoma PnP Server activated. (Updating System Admin 15.0.21.81 to 15.0.21.99.) At that point, System Admin wasn’t enabled and messages indicated that the system wasn’t activated. (It was previously activated.)

Reverted the changes and ran system update first, which updated one RPM, (asterisk-version-switch.noarch New version:6.1-7.sng7 Installed version:6.1.4.sng7) which updated successfully. Tried to just update the System Admin module and it still hung.

Reverted again and updated the RPM and then rebooted. Attempted to update System Admin and it hung again.

Will be happy to provide any more info if it would be helpful. Can also open an issue if needed. I didn’t see anything listed yet.

I had a similar issue with Update to 15.0.21.99 (from 15.0.21.90) !! Running FreePBX 15.0.17.63

But never going further.

Tried :

fwconsole ma downloadinstall sysadmin --tag 15.0.21.99

Tried to rollback :

fwconsole ma downloadinstall sysadmin --tag 15.0.21.90

Then I tried :

fwconsole ma upgradeall
