I don’t see how to send a caller to a general voice mailbox if they don’t press any key. Can this be done? I have the IVR setup and it just hangsup after 2 loops.

That’s an option. Voicemail is one of the options. Just set it up as you would any other selection but instead of a keypress digit put in a t (as in timeout).
