I want to build an IVR for surveys. I want the system to be able make local calls to patients and take them through a series of questions. I’m new to PBX. How can I setup freepbx for this. What device do you need to connect so I can make 5 calls at a time. I don’t mind testing out with one call at a time. Have looked into getting some virtual numbers but the cost doesn’t seem practical for my location. I want to try using actual SIM cards. Please help me with devices needed. Configuration advice

A SIP trunk with the desired capacity. There are many low-cost options. As to what is best, it depends on your location. You’ll need to research. I would be suprised if sim cards would be actually cheaper. It will certainly be more difficult to use SIMs
