IVR not proceed to the destination when press specific key

Ive setup IVR for inbound when the caller calls they can enter the extensions or press any key base on the ivr recording

I try it several time but when pressing 1 - 6 or dial the extension it say “we have not receive a valid response”

could anyone help me?

Enable DTMF logging in the logfiles_settings module and then check in the Asterisk CLI to see if DTMF signals are being detected. If not, you need to set the proper DTMF type in your trunk settings.
