So wanting to put in place an Auto Attendant (IVR) with 1 level of menuing that goes off to another level of menu’ing (E.G. Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for this, Press 3 for that & pressing 1 takes the caller into another layer of AA/IVR choices consisting of territories, or fill-in-the-blank?), it seems as though Im only presented with choices for Extensions, VM, Feature Codes, Phone book, really everything except another IVR.

Whats the trick here? =)

You need to have previously created all IRVs before you attempt to do this. Then you will be able to select the IRVs. Best advice is to work backwards from last IRV to first IRV.

In 2.11 you can create IRVs on the fly.
